Each winter, RUG Little League offers the opportunity to stay active and keep your skills sharp with our off-season baseball and softball training! Our winter program offers players intending to play AA and up next season the chance to improve their fundamentals, build strength, and stay connected with teammates in a fun, supportive environment.

Led by experienced coaches, sessions focus on hitting, fielding, pitching, and overall athletic development — all indoors, away from the winter weather. It’s a great way to prepare for the upcoming spring season while having a blast with friends.

All training takes place at the indoor Focus Baseball Facility at 7806 Aurora Avenue North.
