A player's eligibility to play in RUG Little League must first be established by way of residency inside the boundaries of RUG Little League, or the location of where the player attends school. Boundaries are determined by Little League International. 

As of 2025, players League Age 4-7 are eligible to play within any Little League of their choice, without respect to geography.
