2025-2026 RUG Baseball Winter Training Program

The RUG Baseball Winter Training Program is open to baseball players intending to play in the AA, AAA, Majors, or Teen divisions for the Spring 2026 season. All training sessions will take place at the Focus Baseball facility located at 7806 Aurora Avenue North, Seattle 98103.

Each training session will be 90 minutes long.

Please see the details below for the information on the two cohorts:

Majors/Teens (Ages 11+)
Dates and times: 10 sessions starting December 7, 2025, and ending February 22, 2016 (no sessions on Dec. 28 and Feb. 8)
Times: Sunday evenings, 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
Instructors: Two professional baseball instructors per cohort from the Focus Baseball program
Player eligibility: Baseball players intending to play either Majors or Juniors in the Spring 2026 season.
Capacity: 12 players
Cost: $395 per player

AA/AAA (Ages 8-10)
Dates and times: 10 sessions starting December 7, 2025, and ending February 22, 2016 (no sessions on Dec. 28 and Feb. 8)
Times: Sunday afternoons, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Instructors: Two professional baseball instructors per cohort from the Focus Baseball program
Player eligibility: Baseball players intending to play either AA or AAA in the Spring 2026 season.
Capacity: 12 players
Cost: $395 per player

The RUG Softball Winter Training Program is open to softball players intending to play in the AA, AAA, Majors, or Juniors divisions for the Spring 2026 season. All training sessions will take place at the Focus Baseball facility located at 7806 Aurora Avenue North, Seattle 98103.

Each training session will be 90 minutes long.

Majors/Juniors
Dates and times: 10 sessions starting December 7, 2025, and ending February 22, 2016 (no sessions on Dec. 28 and Feb. 15)
Times: Sunday evenings, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Instructors: Volunteer led by RUG coaches Jordan Talge and Robynn Lowery
Player eligibility: Softball players intending to play either Majors or Juniors in the Spring 2026 season.
Capacity: 12 players
Cost: $220 per player

AA/AAA
Dates and times: Six (6) sessions starting January 11, 2026, and ending February 22, 2016 (no session on Feb. 15)
Times: Sunday evenings, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Instructors: Volunteer led by RUG coaches Megan Tremain and Jesse Adams
Player eligibility: Softball players intending to play either AA or AAA in the Spring 2026 season.
Capacity: 12 players
Cost: $125 per player
