The AAA division is both instructional and competitive with more emphasis on player development during the regular season. The goal is to prepare players for advancement to the Majors division. Scores and standings are recorded on the league website with playoffs at the end of the season. Teams may also have the opportunity to play in the District 8 Tournament of Champions the week of June 6.
Regular season includes interleague play vs. teams in surrounding leagues such as Northwest Seattle LL, North Central LL, and Ballard LL.
In order to create balanced teams and ensure proper division placement, players must attend a player assessment session to be evaluated for play at this level. For AAA baseball players, this year’s session will be held at Jane Addams Middle School’s Lower Turf Ballfield on Saturday, February 4, 2023, between 10 AM and 5 PM. Specific time slots are to be determined and will be communicated closer to the date.
AGES: 10 and 11 year-olds, typically in 4th or 5th grade. Some 9 year-olds may elect to "play up" in this division as well. Placement will be determined during the player evaluations on 2/4.
